The group of Financial and Administrative Management is led by Ana Milena Tristancho Ballesteros.

Among his functions he coordinates the implementation of financial policies of the Institute concerning the laying of credit and portfolio management. Likewise, program and coordinates the submission of reports and financial statements for decision-making and enforcement of standards and provision of appropriate human resources and material resources needed in the institution, to promote the efficient and effective goals and objectives of each organization and the IDESAN area as a whole.
