The systems area is headed by Claudia E. Hernandez Buitrago.

Her mission is to provide technical support to management and all departments in relation to systematization, processing, analysis, delivery, quality and security of the information produced or received units of the Institute and administer the implementation, operation, renovation and maintenance preventive and corrective information systems of the Institute among other activities, ensuring compliance with the Constitution, laws, ordinances, agreements of the Board, the Regulations of the Authority and the Technical Standards ISO-9001, GP-1000 and the MECI-1000.
